Further to the Prime Minister’s update yesterday, we want to update you on how Bainbridge will adapt to these new measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
With immediate effect all office staff have transitioned to work remotely from home which will allow us to continue to process web and telephone orders and these will be fulfilled by a skeleton staff in the warehouse.
Our websites remain the best source of information with ‘live’ stock levels 24/7 and orders can be placed and dispatched, though some delays may be experienced. Our Sales and Sales Support team are in place to answer any questions you might have about product or delivery so please call as usual.

No customer collections - Please arrange delivery by our van
We continue to have good stock levels but inevitably restrictions in the supply chain will have an impact over the coming weeks on some product lines, therefore we ask you to please rely on the website for ‘live’ stock updates or contact the Sales Support team for more information.
Our sales team is still available on the phone or via video call if you wish to discuss specific requirements and understand how we can continue to service you during this time.
We have now closed our Trade Shop until further notice and therefore collections are no longer possible but please call to arrange a delivery via one of our vans.
