Who can open a trade account?
We supply exclusively to trade customers within the marine industry, including (but not exclusively):
- Chandlers
- Boat builders
- Marine engineers
- Maintenance companies
- Retail resellers
All accounts are subject to approval.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Simply click “apply for trade account” here or follow the link on our website, complete the registration form.
Once submitted:
- Our team will verify your details
- You will receive approval email to say your account is live
- You can create a login to access trade prices and live stock
Do you supply to the public?
No – our Aqua Marine website is for trade only.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
By default our prices are ex Vat. You can toggle inclusive or exclusive VAT prices on the bar at the top of the website
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes! We offer excellent trade discounts on all our products on the website, once you have an account you can login and view these discounted prices.
We also offer various category specific deals with extra volume discounts.
What if I have a large enquiry?
No problem, send us an email and we would be happy to offer a bespoke quotation for you.
Do I have to order through your website?
Placing orders via our website is the quickest method, however, you can also send in purchase orders via email.
Is your stock up to date.
Yes, our stock is refreshed every 15 minutes, on rare occasions customers maybe trying to order the same products which may cause some discrepancies.
Can I apply for a credit account?
Yes. The first two orders are by pro-forma after that we will create a credit limit and offer 30 day payment terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders under £1,000 you can pay by card, for orders over and any other order value bank transfer is our preferred method.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We aim to dispatch orders same day if received before 11am. Larger pallet orders typically take 1-2 days to get booked in.
Do you offer UK-Wide delivery?
Yes, we ship all across the UK & Ireland.
Which courier do you use?
- For small orders (under 10kg) we normally use Royal mail or UPS
- For orders or consignments over that we use UPS
- For large products (F8+. A5+.HDF etc) we use Fedex or DX

Are your products suitable for commercial use?
Yes, most of our products are specifically designed for commercial use. Data sheets are available.
