At Aqua Marine International, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to make the process straightforward.
Trade Customers
- Eligibility: Trade customers may return items for a refund, provided products are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the trade customer.
- Process:
- Contact our team at trade@aquamarineint.com to request a return authorization.
- Package items securely and include your order reference.
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
- Refunds: Issued within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.
- Used or incomplete items are not eligible for refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will usually ask for a picture and description of the issue along with the order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs (if applicable) for such cases.
