  • Refuse or cancel orders if trade status cannot be verified  
  • Suspend accounts that do not meet trade criteria

To access pricing and place orders, you must register an account. 

You agree to:

  • Keep login credentials secure  
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised use  

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. 

4. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure: 

  • Product descriptions are accurate  
  • Images reflect products as closely as possible

5. Pricing

  • All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise  
  • VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout

6. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance. 

A contract is formed only when: 

  • You receive an order confirmation and  
  • The order has been dispatched

7. Payment Terms

Payment options may include:

  • Approved trade credit accounts  

For credit accounts:

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly if ordered before 11am. We  

Delivery terms: 

  • Delivery dates are estimates only  
  • Risk passes on delivery  
  • Title passes once payment is received in full  

Customers must: 

  • Inspect goods upon delivery  
  • Report shortages/damage within 48 hours  

9. Returns & Refunds (B2B Policy)

As a trade supplier: 

  • Returns are accepted at our discretion only  

Conditions: 

  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging  
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery  
  • A restocking fee may apply  

Non-returnable items: 

  • Special orders which we do not ordinarily stock 
  • Custom or made-to-order products such as fender covers 
  • Opened chemical products (for safety compliance)  

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty: 

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery  
  • Provide photographic evidence  

We will: 

  • Replace, repair, or refund at our discretion  

11. Retention of Title 

All goods remain the property of Aqua Marine International Ltd until: 

  • Paid in full  

We reserve the right to: 

  • Recover goods if payment is not made  

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

We shall not be liable for: 

  • Indirect or consequential loss  
  • Loss of profits or business  
  • Improper use of products  

Our total liability shall not exceed: 

  • The value of the goods supplied  

Nothing excludes liability for:
